Radium Chalet Rooms

Loved the views and the layout of the room. It was clean and staff was great.

The TV was good even though no instructions. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional.

Great stay, great staff, very clean. The view is fantastic and the hotel feels like a little oasis away from everything.

The location is really great. The view is amazing. Staff is polite and accommodating. Bed was clean and comfortable. We did ask to change the room to a corner unit with better view, and to be fair we were told that the fireplace didn't work, although it would definitely be nice if it was explained that that meant no heating for the living room. AT. ALL. (see negatives below).

We upgraded to top floor for a room that opens to 2 balconies, the view was awesome!

It has been a while since I stayed at this motel. I ignored the bad reviews and decided to come back anyway; I am glad I did. Yes, the property is getting older, we all do, but it was clean and the lady taking care of the property was kind and attentive. And the view from the balcony was stunning like the last time I remember; Mother Nature looked beautiful as usual. I will definitely come back.

I like the location, old chalet vibe, close to the forest, mountain goats and ships around, very calm. Inside the room there was everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, clean, I also liked the balcony. You should understand that it’s an old building before you decide to book your stay there and don’t expect hi tech amenities insides. The lady at the reception was helpful and caring. We asked a couple of things and she immediately provided us with them. I would return again.

We stayed there just to sleep. Arrived late and they were very helpful with setting up a lock box with a key, so that we could enter. The room was a bit run down, but clean. Lovely view from the balcony.

The room was smell and dirty. I did go down to the front desk and all they can offer is spray to to take the smell away??

The view and access to the town was amazing, the bed was clean and comfy alongside the bathroom being clean stocked with shampoo and body wash.

Beautiful views. When we arrived, I was honestly a little bit concerned about what it was gonna look like inside because it does look like an older building. But the suite was bright and clean and well-maintained. The front staff we’re friendly and helpful.

The views are amazing. The rooms have decks. The area is quiet.

No breakfast. Mold in the bathroom and in the carpet. Husband is allergic and we nearly had to leave, but an allergy pill, along with opening the doors and windows made it bearable (just) for one night.
